How to File an Insurance Claim — 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week

Do you need to file an insurance claim outside of our regular business hours? Below you’ll find a list of insurance companies that provide 24-hour claims reporting services. In most instances, all you will need is your policy number and any details surrounding the claim.

Filing an After Hours Insurance Claim

If our offices are closed and you have a claim that needs to be reported immediately, you have a couple of options available, so long as you know your policy number and can provide the details of your claim.

The following insurance companies provide 24-hour claims reporting services and you can contact them directly:

What’s Next?

After you file a direct claim with an insurer, they will notify us the following day and send us a claims opening notice.

Contacting an Insurance Adjusting Firm

If you are insured through a company not listed above, you can access an insurance adjusting firm directly through our after hours phone messaging system. If you are a client of our Woodstock or Nackawic locations, call 506-328-9311 and select “option 8” in order to be transferred to a claims adjuster. Centreville clients, please call 506-276-3695 and select “option 9” to be transferred to a claims adjuster. We will be faxed a copy of your claim notice the following morning.
